A 140-hectare landscape where nature is not only contemplated, but cultivated and respected every day. Since 1993, the farm has followed the principles of organic farming, striking a profound balance between land, biodiversity, and tradition.
Nestled at the foot of Mount Etna, whose majestic presence dominates the landscape, the estate extends across orange and lemon groves, olive groves, ancient grains, legumes, and areas dedicated to the conservation of wild flora. An authentic and generous landscape, where Sicily reveals itself through seasons, scents, and ancient knowledge.
The property also houses the citrus processing and packaging center, allowing Biviere to monitor every stage of the supply chain: from tree care to fruit harvesting, from selection to final product preparation. This comprehensive process brings Biviere citrus fruits directly to customers' tables in Italy and Northern Europe, guaranteeing quality, traceability, and a direct connection to the land and its custodians.
